Eagle, cricket or brown trout – it is these 12 animals that help us Tyrolese to again be able to sleep soundly and to encourage our guests to take up more exercising. Performing the 12 exercises 20 minuntes and twice a week is sufficient to experience their effects. And there is a book at hand already, written by Toni Innauer.
