Nirvana fitness™ is a unique blend of simple exercises based on Pilates and yoga-like movements combined with rhythmic breathing and set to binaural beats (= uplifting positive music beats). Our trainers use music produced by Nirvana fitness™ to deepen breathing during the lessons. In the individual training units, easy-to-learn movement sequences are coupled with breathing to achieve a state of deep relaxation, a kind of "Nirvana".
