How do I redeem my wellness voucher?

Simply bring your printed voucher to TAC and redeem your wellness voucher. Each voucher can be identified by a barcode and is registered in the system via a barcode scanner.

How does the online booking work?

1. Registration / Entering your details

If this is your first purchase or booking in our online shop, please first enter your email address.

In the next step, you will be asked to enter your address details and create a personal password. You will then receive an email with all further information.

If you are already registered, simply log in using your email address and password.

 

2. Payment

Online bookings can conveniently be completed by credit card.

How does a reservation by email work?

You are very welcome to send your preferred appointment requests directly to info@juffing.at.

Please include the following information whenever possible:

We will gladly check availability and reserve the treatment personally for you.

 

Can I reserve without a credit card?

Yes. Hotel guests are welcome to send us preferred appointment times by email. We will book the treatments to your room number and payment can conveniently be settled upon checkout.

 

How can I redeem my voucher?

Our vouchers can be redeemed directly online.

Alternatively, simply bring your printed voucher with you during your next stay at the Juffing. Every voucher is stored in our system and can be identified via barcode.

 

When should I reserve my treatments?

We especially recommend booking treatments in advance for weekends, holidays and popular appointment times.

Last-minute appointments are of course possible depending on availability.

 

Are the classes of the “Reflect & Begin” programme included?

Yes. Our weekly programme with yoga, meditation, forest bathing, movement and relaxation is included for hotel guests.

Please note:
Participation in the classes is exclusively reserved for hotel guests.

 

Can I cancel treatments?

Yes. Please note the cancellation conditions stated in your reservation confirmation. Treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

 

How secure is the online shop?

The TAC Online Shop is SSL-certified and meets the highest current security standards for online bookings and payments.

 

What happens after my booking?

After completing your booking successfully, you will automatically receive a personal confirmation by email.
